She has lived in several of the locations featured in the itineraries, choosing these destinations as her personal favorites because of their unique charm and unforgettable experiences. Drawing on years of travel, Cairie has carefully designed these trips to highlight the very best each destination has to offer, allowing participants to bypass the trial-and-error process and dive straight into the most authentic, local, and cultural experiences.

As a former travel agent in Australia, Cairie has cultivated strong relationships with vendors, enabling her to tailor every element of the trips. From accommodations and restaurants to one-of-a-kind activities, each itinerary is packed with enriching moments. Whether it’s participating in a hands-on cooking class, dining at hidden gems, or marveling at breathtaking landscapes, her goal is to connect travelers with the heart of these destinations — and with each other.

She’s now joined by Carles, a longtime friend she met while living in the coastal haven of Byron Bay. Bonded over a shared love of the barefoot lifestyle, beachside mornings, and spontaneous adventure, Carles brings his warm energy, attention to detail, and a background in global hospitality (including years working aboard superyachts) to the Roam & Revel experience.
